Purpose

This outlines what RunsForAll expects from Ambassadors and what Ambassadors can expect from us. Ambassadors are trusted representatives of RunsForAll in their community, and these expectations help keep that trust consistent across the program.

Core Responsibilities

• Host runs regularly. Aim to host or co-host at least 2 runs per month to keep the local community active.
• Show up reliably. If you commit to hosting a run, follow through. If you can't make it, give as much notice as possible so the run can be reassigned or rescheduled.
• Set the tone. Lead by example on fair play, inclusivity, and good sportsmanship. Runs you host should be welcoming to players of all skill levels.
• Welcome new players. Help new users feel comfortable, answer questions about the app, and make introductions where you can.
• Represent the brand. When speaking about RunsForAll publicly (in person or online), represent it accurately and positively.
• Share feedback. Pass along what you're hearing from players, hosts, and your local community so we can keep improving the app.

Conduct Standards

• Treat all players, hosts, and community members with respect, regardless of skill level, background, or experience.
• Do not use your Ambassador status to gain unfair advantages in runs (e.g., excluding players, manipulating teams).
• Resolve conflicts at runs calmly and fairly. Escalate serious issues to the RunsForAll team rather than handling them publicly.
• Keep communication professional and respectful, both in the app and on social media when representing RunsForAll.

Communication

• Stay active in the Ambassador group chat for updates, questions, and connecting with other Ambassadors.
• Respond to check-ins from the RunsForAll team within 1 week.
• Flag any issues at runs (safety concerns, disputes, no-shows, etc.) as soon as possible.

Status Review

Ambassador status is a privilege tied to ongoing trust and activity. We may periodically review participation, and Ambassadors who are inactive or do not meet these expectations may be moved off the program. Ambassadors can also step down at any time, no hard feelings.

Time Commitment

Roughly 2-4 hours a month - mainly hosting or co-hosting at least 2 runs per month (about 1-2 hours each), plus staying responsive in the Ambassador group chat and to occasional check-ins from the team.

Compensation

The Ambassador role is unpaid - there's no guaranteed salary, hourly pay, or equity. In return, Ambassadors get:

• A verified Ambassador badge and Legacy Trust Card on your profile
• Early access to new features
• Free premium access to RunsForAll
• A direct line to the team to help shape the product
• Potential commission-based opportunities as the program grows

A subset of Ambassadors are selected as Strategic Ambassadors based on their professional background - sports business, partnerships, operations, or sponsorship experience. They represent RunsForAll within their industry, drive growth through their network, and provide direct input that shapes the platform's direction.

Expectations

• Drive adoption within your professional and community network by introducing RunsForAll to organizations, leagues, schools, facilities, or individuals positioned to bring new users onto the platform
• Serve as RunsForAll's point of contact within your industry, surfacing relevant partnership or sponsorship opportunities as they arise
• Provide direct input on product and strategy through a quarterly check-in with the team
• Represent RunsForAll's standards and vision accurately when discussing the platform professionally

Time Commitment

A few hours a month - primarily your quarterly check-in with the team, plus whatever outreach, introductions, or partnership conversations you choose to pursue within your network.

Compensation

Like the Ambassador role, this is currently unpaid - no guaranteed salary, hourly pay, or equity. Strategic Ambassadors receive the same Ambassador perks (badge, Legacy Trust Card, early access, free premium, direct input on the product), plus potential commission-based opportunities as partnerships, sponsorships, and referrals you help generate develop.

This is a standing role contingent on engagement and impact, reviewed periodically like any Ambassador status.

RunsForAll is a pickup basketball app from Onubogu Sports LLC. Strategic International Ambassadors bring networks, expertise, and perspective from outside our current reach - whether that's a new region, a different sports ecosystem, or industry connections. This track is about extending RunsForAll's growth into places we don't yet have visibility into.

What You'll Do

• Identify people in your network who play pickup basketball regularly and could become local Ambassadors in their area
• Introduce them to RunsForAll and help them get started (referral code, home court setup)
• Share your perspective on whether and how pickup basketball culture exists in your region, and how RunsForAll's model might translate
• Surface any relevant sponsorship, partnership, or institutional connections (clubs, federations, academies) as they come up

Time Commitment

Roughly 3-5 hours a week.

Remote / Location

Fully remote. Work from wherever you are - no relocation required.

Compensation

All ambassador roles are bonus-based. There is no guaranteed salary, hourly pay, or equity.

• Insight Deliverable Bonus: a one-time payment for completing a short market diagnostic - assessing whether pickup basketball culture exists in your region and how RunsForAll's model might need to adapt
• Onboarding Bonus: for each contact you introduce who becomes an active ambassador
• Quarterly Active-Court Bonus: paid for courts (yours, or those of contacts you introduced) that stay active over a 3-month period
• Top-Performer Bonus: a periodic bonus for top ambassadors based on signups and activity, including the performance of ambassadors you've referred

International payment will be arranged via a mutually workable method (e.g., international bank transfer or payment platform). You're responsible for any taxes owed in your own jurisdiction.

Other Things to Know

• Confidentiality: you may see early features or internal info - please keep that between us until it's public
• Content you create may be shared by RunsForAll, with credit to you
• This is a real, working role, not a title for a resume - we'll be specific about what success looks like and check in regularly
• Additional informal perks (referrals, summaries of your work for your resume) may be available as the program grows
