Onubogu Sports LLC ("Onubogu Sports," "we," "us," or "our") operates the RunsForAll and BrainGainz mobile applications, onubogusports.com, and related pages and services (collectively, the "Services"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and disclose it, and the choices available to you.

Services Covered by This Policy

This is one Privacy Policy for both Onubogu Sports products:

RunsForAll is a sports-community and marketplace app used to discover and organize runs, groups, trainers, bookings, leagues, teams, courts, venues, and related real-world activities. RunsForAll also offers Pro Host subscription features and uses Stripe for eligible marketplace payments and provider payouts.

BrainGainz is a cognitive and mental-performance training app for athletes. It provides workouts, reaction-time and accuracy measurements, a Mental Performance Index ("MPI"), training blocks, wellness check-ins, journals, and coach- or team-assigned programs. BrainGainz is not a medical or mental-health service.

Optional connection between the apps: a user may choose to link a BrainGainz account to a RunsForAll account. Linking uses email verification or an approved link request. Once linked, RunsForAll may receive and display the user's BrainGainz MPI, rating tier, and link status. The connection can be removed in available account settings. Journal entries and wellness notes are not transferred to RunsForAll.

Features described in this Policy apply only to the product in which they are offered. For example, Stripe marketplace payments and Pro Host subscriptions apply to RunsForAll, while cognitive workouts, MPI measurements, journals, and wellness check-ins apply to BrainGainz.

1. Eligibility and Age Information

The Services are intended for people age 13 or older and are not directed to children under 13. We use Apple's privacy-preserving Declared Age Range feature when available or ask for a self-attested birth date or age range. A birth date supplied through the fallback flow is stored in a restricted private account record; other users see only age or age-range information used by the Service. Users ages 13–17 must confirm parent or guardian permission.

RunsForAll trainers, paid-run hosts, league organizers, and anyone who receives payments through the Service must be at least 18. Stripe may separately verify the identity and eligibility of payment recipients.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from a child under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided information, contact support@onubogusports.com so we can investigate and delete it.

2. Information We Collect

‍ ‍Information you provide

  • Account and identity information: phone number, first and last name, account identifiers, age or age range, birth date when self-attestation is used, parental-permission confirmation, sport, skill level, profile photo, biography, and verification or eligibility status.

  • Community and activity information: runs, groups, posts, connections, invitations, attendance and check-in records, waitlists, ratings, reputation signals, reports, blocks, notifications, and other content or activity you create.

  • Trainer, host, and league information: public profile details, specialties, rates, availability, public website or social-profile links, training and event locations, league and team details, schedules, standings, rosters, results, and venue information.

  • Booking information: appointment type, date and time, location, participants or invited friends, messages, booking status, cancellation information, ratings, and support reports.

  • Payment and subscription information: transaction amount, currency, payment status, Stripe connected-account identifier and readiness status, payout and balance summaries, refund or dispute status, platform fees, Apple subscription product, signed transaction or receipt data used for verification, entitlement tier, expiration, and renewal status.

  • Support and business communications: messages to support, reports, deletion feedback, contact forms, waitlist submissions, partnership inquiries, and other communications you send us.

  • BrainGainz information: email address; sport, position, team, athlete, and coach information; workout history; session duration and accuracy; Mental Performance Index and reaction-time measurements; training-block results; wellness check-ins; notes; journal entries; assigned training programs; coach or team connections; and BrainGainz-to-RunsForAll link requests, verification codes, link status, rating tier, and connection history.

Information collected from your device or use of the Services

  • Location information: with permission, RunsForAll processes precise or approximate location while the App is in use to show nearby activity, support check-in, and help select courts or venues. We do not continuously collect background location. Location, address, or venue information included in a run, trainer profile, league, team, booking, or court request is stored and shared as needed to provide that feature.

  • Device and usage information: app version, device type, operating system, language, feature interactions, session and screen activity, subscription or paywall interactions, referral or link activity, and diagnostic or security information. Service providers may also process IP address, user-agent, and device or installation identifiers.

  • Notifications: if you allow notifications, we collect a push-notification token and notification delivery or interaction information.

  • Photos: if you choose to upload a profile image, the selected image and related file information are processed. We do not require access to your entire photo library when a system picker is available.

  • Website information: our website provider may process cookies, IP address, browser or device information, pages viewed, and form activity. The website provides controls for nonessential cookies where applicable.

Information received from others

We may receive information from other users who add you to a group booking or team, rate or report an interaction, invite you to a group, run, league, or team, connect you to a BrainGainz team or coach, or assign a BrainGainz training program. We receive subscription status and transaction information from Apple, payment and connected-account information from Stripe, and place or venue results from OpenStreetMap's Nominatim service.

3. How We Use Information

We use information to:

  • create, authenticate, secure, and administer accounts;

  • enforce age, provider, subscription, and payment eligibility rules;

  • show nearby runs, trainers, leagues, groups, courts, and other relevant activity;

  • create and manage bookings, reservations, waitlists, teams, schedules, check-ins, ratings, reports, refunds, and notifications;

  • verify Apple subscriptions and provide the purchased Pro Host tier;

  • enable Stripe payment processing, seller onboarding, payouts, refunds, disputes, fraud prevention, and cancellation protection;

  • calculate and display reputation, attendance, reliability, league, and service information;

  • operate BrainGainz training, performance, team, journal, and wellness features;

  • provide customer support, enforce our Terms, investigate safety concerns, prevent abuse and fraud, and comply with law;

  • analyze and improve reliability, accessibility, usability, and feature performance; and

  • communicate about the Services, transactions, safety, policy changes, and requested opportunities.

We do not use health, fitness, precise-location, payment, or minor-related information for targeted advertising.

4. How We Disclose Information

We do not sell personal information and do not use it for cross-context behavioral or targeted advertising.

We may disclose information as follows:

  • Other users and the public: depending on your settings and actions, users may see your chosen display name, optional last name, photo, bio, sport and skill information, ratings, reliability indicators, public trainer or league profile, website or social link, roster or team role, and content you post. If you link BrainGainz to RunsForAll, your BrainGainz MPI or rating tier and linked status may appear on your RunsForAll profile. Run, booking, court, trainer, or league locations are shared with the people who need them to participate or evaluate the listing.

  • BrainGainz coaches and teams: if you join or connect to a BrainGainz coach or team, authorized coaches or team administrators may receive athlete identity, sport or position information, assigned-program status, workout completion, and performance results made available through that relationship. Journal entries and wellness notes remain private unless the product clearly asks for and you separately choose to share them.

  • Booking and league participants: trainers, clients, hosts, organizers, captains, teammates, and invited participants receive the information reasonably needed to administer the relevant service, booking, team, payment, or cancellation.

  • Administrators and support personnel: authorized Onubogu Sports administrators may access account, activity, report, moderation, payment-status, and transaction records to operate the Services, provide support, enforce policies, and protect users.

  • Google and Firebase: Authentication, Firestore, Cloud Storage, Cloud Functions, Cloud Messaging, App Check, Analytics, and related Google services process information needed to host, secure, analyze, and communicate through the Services. Google describes Firebase processing at https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy/.

  • Stripe: Stripe processes customer payment methods and, for payment recipients, identity, contact, business, tax, bank-account, and payout information. We generally receive status, identifiers, amounts, and transaction summaries rather than complete card, bank-account, or identity-document details. Stripe processes this information under its Privacy Policy at https://stripe.com/privacy.

  • Apple: Apple processes App Store subscriptions, purchases, age-range requests, and related device or account information under Apple's policies. We receive the information needed to verify and administer entitlements.

  • OpenStreetMap/Nominatim: place-search text, coordinates, and basic request information may be sent to Nominatim to return or verify locations and basketball courts. Its usage is governed by OpenStreetMap Foundation policies.

  • Squarespace and communication providers: our website, forms, cookies, and business communications may be hosted or processed by Squarespace and email or productivity providers.

  • Legal, safety, and business reasons: we may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law or legal process, protect rights or safety, investigate fraud or abuse, enforce agreements, or complete a merger, financing, acquisition, or transfer of business assets subject to appropriate safeguards.

We require service providers to protect information consistently with their contracts and applicable law.

5. Payments and Financial Information

RunsForAll uses Stripe to process payments for real-world runs, training, and leagues and to pay eligible hosts, trainers, and organizers. These Stripe marketplace features apply to RunsForAll and not to BrainGainz cognitive-training results, journals, or wellness information. When you provide personal data in connection with these payment services, Stripe receives and processes that data in accordance with the Stripe Privacy Policy at https://stripe.com/privacy.

Payment recipients complete Stripe-hosted onboarding and may be required to provide legal name, date of birth, address, tax information, government identification, and bank or debit-card payout information directly to Stripe. RunsForAll stores Stripe account identifiers, verification and capability status, balance or payout summaries, and transaction, refund, dispute, and fee records needed to operate and support payments.

Pro Host subscriptions are purchased and managed through Apple on iOS. We validate signed purchase information with Apple and store the minimum entitlement information needed to provide and restore access. We do not receive your complete App Store payment-card information.

6. Location and Venue Information

RunsForAll requests location only when it is relevant to nearby discovery, check-in, court submission, or selecting a venue. You may deny or revoke location permission in device settings and may use available place-search or address-entry alternatives, although some nearby and check-in features will be limited.

Locations added to public listings or provider profiles may be visible to other users. Do not list a private residence or other sensitive location unless you are authorized and comfortable sharing it with the intended audience.

7. Retention and Account Deletion

We generally retain account information while your account is active and retain feature records for as long as needed to provide the Service. You can initiate account deletion in Settings → Delete Account. Account access and public visibility are restricted as part of the deletion process, and personal account data is deleted or de-identified within 30 days, subject to the exceptions below. Deleting an account does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription; subscriptions must be managed in Apple account settings.

We may retain limited information when reasonably necessary for legal, tax, accounting, payment, refund, chargeback, fraud-prevention, safety, dispute, or enforcement purposes. This may include transaction records and a restricted safety or reputation record linked to a verified phone number or internal identifier so a deleted account cannot evade a ban or erase material safety history. We do not use this retained safety record for advertising. Stripe, Apple, Google, and other providers retain information according to their own legal obligations and policies. Residual copies may remain temporarily in secured backups until overwritten under normal retention cycles.

8. Your Choices and Privacy Rights

You may:

  • view and edit profile information in the Apps;

  • choose whether other users see your last name where that setting is available;

  • control location, notification, camera, and photo permissions in device settings;

  • manage or cancel Apple subscriptions in Apple account settings;

  • disconnect an optional BrainGainz link;

  • block or report users and content;

  • delete your account in the App; and

  • contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or a portable copy of personal information, or to appeal a denied privacy request.

Depending on where you live, applicable law may provide additional rights, including confirmation of processing and the right to opt out of sale, targeted advertising, or certain profiling. We do not currently sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right. We may verify your identity before completing a request and may deny or limit a request where permitted by law.

Send requests or appeals to support@onubogusports.com with the subject “Privacy Request” or “Privacy Appeal.” Authorized agents may submit requests where applicable, but we may require proof of authority and identity.

9. Children's Privacy

The Services are not directed to children under 13, and an under-13 user is not permitted to create an account. We use age gates and delete information if we learn that an under-13 child created an account. Users ages 13–17 must confirm parent or guardian permission. Paid provider and payout features are limited to adults age 18 or older.

10. BrainGainz Wellness and Performance Information

BrainGainz is a sports-performance training tool, not a medical, mental-health, diagnostic, or emergency service. Wellness check-ins, journal entries, training results, and performance measurements are used for the features described above and are not reviewed by medical professionals. Journal entries and wellness notes are not shared with coaches or other users unless you separately choose to disclose them.

11. Security and International Processing

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, including access controls, encrypted network transmission, platform security tools, and rules that limit access to private records. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Our providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate. Those locations may have different data-protection laws from your home jurisdiction.

12. Third-Party Links and Services

Profiles and listings may link to third-party websites or social accounts. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. Review their policies before providing information.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the Services, providers, or legal requirements change. We will update the “Last Updated” date and provide additional notice when required. Material changes apply prospectively unless law permits otherwise.
