Onubogu Sports LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates the RunsForAll and BrainGainz mobile applications (each, an "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use either App.
1. Who Can Use Our Apps
Our Apps are intended for users aged 13 and older. Users between 13 and 17 must confirm they have a parent or guardian's permission to use the Apps during sign-up. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If we discover that a user is under 13, we will immediately delete their account and all associated data. If you believe a minor has created an account, please contact us at support@onubogusports.com.
2. Information We Collect
RunsForAll
Phone Number — collected to verify your identity via SMS one-time passcode (powered by Firebase Authentication, a Google service) and linked to your account.
Location Data — collected (with your permission) to show you nearby pickup games. Location is used in real time while the App is open and is not stored continuously in the background. Run listings you create may include a general location (e.g., city or neighborhood) visible to other users.
Profile Information — display name, profile photo, date of birth, and skill level.
User-Generated Content — run listings, group posts, and player ratings.
Usage Data — anonymous usage statistics (device type, OS version, session duration, feature usage) via Firebase Analytics. We do not collect crash reports.
BrainGainz
Account Information — first name, last name, and email address, used to create and secure your account via Firebase Authentication.
Profile Information — age, sport, and position, used to personalize your training program. If you join a team, you may enter a coach access code to connect your account to a coach's roster.
Training & Performance Data — workout history (sessions completed, duration, accuracy), Mental Performance Index (MPI) scores and reaction time measurements, sport-specific training block results (accuracy, decision-making, composure, focus, working memory), wellness check-ins (motivation, stress, sleep, mood) and any notes you add, journal entries written in response to daily prompts, and your assigned weekly training programs.
Usage Data — session activity, feature usage, and subscription/paywall interactions via Firebase Analytics.
3. How We Use Your Information
To enforce our minimum age and parental consent requirements.
To improve our Apps — usage analytics help us understand how features are used.
To enforce our Terms of Service — including investigating reports of abusive content or behavior.
RunsForAll
To operate the App — showing nearby runs and processing join requests.
To verify your identity — phone-based authentication helps prevent fake accounts.
BrainGainz
To operate the App — generating and tracking personalized training programs and performance metrics.
To connect athletes with coaches — when a coach access code is used, your aggregated performance stats may be visible to that coach.
To manage subscriptions and billing for premium features.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only in the following limited circumstances:
Google / Firebase — We use Firebase Authentication, Firestore, Firebase Storage, and Firebase Analytics, all provided by Google. Your data is processed in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy.
Legal requirements — We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users.
RunsForAll
Other users — Your display name, profile photo, skill level, and run listings are visible to other App users.
BrainGainz
Coaches — If you connect to a team using a coach access code, your coach may view your aggregated performance and training data. Journal entries and wellness notes are private and are not shared with coaches or other users.
5. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may delete your account at any time from within the App (Settings → Delete Account, which requires a recent login for security). Deleting your account permanently removes your account and all associated data — including your profile, training history, run listings, journal entries, and wellness check-ins — from our systems within 30 days. If you delete your RunsForAll account, we retain an anonymized reputation record tied to your verified phone number solely to maintain community safety and prevent abuse. This record is not linked to your name and is only used if the same phone number registers a new account.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to:
Access your personal data
Correct inaccurate information in your profile
Delete your account and all associated data (via Settings → Delete Account)
Withdraw location permission at any time via your device settings (RunsForAll)

7. Location Data (RunsForAll)
Location access is requested only while the App is in use ("When In Use"). We do not access your location in the background. You can revoke location permission at any time in your device Settings, though this will limit the App's ability to show nearby games.
8. Children's Privacy (COPPA)
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Our Apps require users to confirm they are 13 or older during sign-up, and users aged 13–17 must confirm parental permission. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has created an account, contact us at support@onubogusports.com and we will promptly delete the account.
9. Not a Medical or Mental Health Service (BrainGainz)
BrainGainz is a sport performance training tool and is not a mental health service or clinical/diagnostic tool. Wellness check-ins and journal entries are for personal training purposes only and are not reviewed by medical professionals.
10. Security
We use industry-standard security measures, including Firebase's built-in security, encrypted data transmission (HTTPS), and Firestore security rules, to protect your data. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
11. Third-Party Links
Our Apps may display links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last Updated" date above. Continued use of either App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
